Last Updated: October 2026. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or interacting with the Raceverse protocol, smart contracts, or virtual horse racing services.
01.Acceptance of Terms & 18+ Eligibility
By accessing the website at raceverse.io, connecting a decentralized Web3 wallet, minting ERC-721 Thoroughbred NFTs, staking in gate vaults, or participating in parimutuel racing simulations, you expressly represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the full legal capacity to enter into these binding terms.
If you do not satisfy these eligibility requirements or do not agree unconditionally to all provisions contained herein, you must immediately terminate use of the platform.
02.Geographic Restrictions & Excluded Jurisdictions
Users may not utilize virtual private networks (VPNs) or proxy configurations to circumvent geographic access controls. Any attempted evasion constitutes a material violation of these terms.
03.Nature of Digital Collectibles & No Profit Guarantee
Raceverse Genesis Thoroughbred NFTs are digital gaming assets and cryptographic collectibles deployed on Solana Mainnet. They are designed for interactive use within the Raceverse parimutuel gaming ecosystem.
No Investment Contract: NFTs and $HORSE utility tokens do not constitute securities, shares, equity, debt, investment contracts, or collective investment schemes in any jurisdiction.
Turnover-Dependent Distributions: Staker reward allocations (20% of Platform Take paid to winning gate holders) are variable and depend strictly on active, live wagering volume across integrated casino networks. There is no guaranteed return, dividend, or minimum yield. Historical race results and past staking distributions do not predict future performance.
04.Non-Custodial Wallet Architecture
Raceverse operates via non-custodial smart contracts and accounts on Solana. At no point does Raceverse hold custody of your private cryptographic keys, SOL balances, or secondary wallet assets.
You are solely responsible for securing your wallet credentials, seed phrases, and transaction approvals. Transactions broadcast to blockchain networks are irreversible. Raceverse has no ability to reverse, refund, or alter confirmed on-chain operations.
05.Provably Fair RNG & Simulation Engine
Virtual horse races are executed using certified random number generation (RNG) algorithms tested to rigorous international gaming standards (GLI-19 certification criteria). Outcomes are deterministic once seed parameters are committed, preventing player, operator, or third-party race tampering.
06.Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
THE RACEVERSE PROTOCOL, APPLICATION, AND CONTRACTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RACEVERSE, ITS CONTRIBUTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF CRYPTOCURRENCY ASSETS ARISING FROM SMART CONTRACT BUGS, NETWORK FORKS, VOLATILITY, OR REGULATORY ACTIONS.
